Design Details

1. Material & Fabric

• Base Material: High-stretch polyester/spandex blend for flexibility and comfort

• Inner Lining: Soft breathable mesh to wick away sweat

• Elastic Waistband: Thick, high-compression waistband with VEPAUS branding printed boldly in white

2. Padding Zones

• Tailbone/Lower Spine Area:

  • Large central pad, ergonomically shaped with a hexagonal texture for impact dispersion

  • Thick EVA or high-density foam, shaped to support dynamic motion and crash protection

• Hip Sides:

  • Curved, multi-segment pads hugging the outer hips

  • Contoured to reduce bulk while maintaining coverage

• Thigh Panels:

  • Mid-length side thigh pads that protect the lateral quadriceps area

  • Slightly thinner foam to allow pedaling/riding flexibility

3. Fit & Function

• Boxer Brief Cut: Short mid-thigh length to avoid bunching under pants

• Flatlock Seams: For chafe-free wear even during extended activity

• Stretch Panels: Between padding zones for mobility and ventilation

4. Protection Level

• Impact Zones: Designed for low- to mid-impact sports (e.g. snowboarding, skating, motocross)

• Padding Type: Lightweight EVA foam or rubberized padding with honeycomb ventilation pattern
